About DBTGR

Ci-TnI

Gene product: troponin I
Organism: C. intestinalis
Summary of experimentsAt most 700 bp are necessary (Vanderberghe 2001)
Ci-Tbx6b and Ci-Tbx6c bind to 5'-GWTCACACCT-3' in vitro.

Ci-Tbx6c is necessary for expression at the 110-cell stage. (Yagi 2005)
At the 110-cell stage, in the absence of Ci-Tbx6b, expression is only found in B8.15 and B8.16.
At the tailbud stage, in the absence of Ci-Tbx6b, expression is found in the muscle blastomeres (Yagi 2005)
Activity reported

Ci-Tbx6b regulates Ci-TnI in larval tail muscle, trunk ventral cells in C. intestinalis (2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

Ci-Tbx6c regulates Ci-TnI in larval tail muscle, trunk ventral cells in C. intestinalis (2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
