About DBTGR
Cs-TnI
Gene product: troponin I
Organism:
C. savignyi
Summary of experiments
The 363 bp from -750? to -387? are sufficient to activate expression in larval muscle.
The following highly conserved regions between
C. savignyi
and
C. intestinalis
were identified:
CH1: about -715 to -1735
CH2: about -525 to -475
CH3: about -445 to -415
CH4: about -410 to -390
CH1, CH2 and either CH3 or CH4 are required for activity.
Activation may be regulated by Ci-MDF or another bHLH activator.
