Region from -4214 to -8 from the start codon allows expression in the adhesive organ, brain vesicle, visceral ganglion and dorsocaudal peidermal neurons.
From -4214 to -2873 is required for expression in the central nervous system and the dorsocaudal epidermal neurons.
From -2873 to -1564 is required for expression in the adhesive organ.
-3176 to -3090 is necessary for expression in the central nervous system and the dorso-caudal epidermal neurons, but not for expression in mesenchyme and adhesive organs.
